The program walks you through series of proven techniques
that will help you:
1) Build confidence by thinking about other
times in your life when you've been successful.
2) Think about past physical and emotional barriers
that kept you from meeting your goals in the past and
how you will overcome them this time.
3) Reveal your favorite way(s) to learn and
how to follow your favorite learning style(s).
4) Get motivated by discovering why you want
to change and gain a new understanding of the reasons
why you haven't until now.
5) Find out what habit you're most ready and willing
to change, then prioritize and make a "wish list"
of changes you want to make.
6) Create your very own behavior change plan that
answers the questions:
- What will you do?
- How will you do it?
- How will you know you did it?
- Who will support you?
- How will you reward yourself
Once you've created your plan, you will be presented
with a just-for-you list of tools and resources
to carry out your plan. You are encouraged to return
whenever you like.
