the energy of her youth. Suddenly, after 4 months of
exercise, she was ready to address her eating habits.
She revisited Virtual Health Coach and created
a behavior change plan for weight management. Success
with one habit often leads to success in other areas.
One year later, Brenda is close to her desired weight
and is hooked on swimming. She joined an adult swim
team and has never felt better, both physically and
